off-site agents are always ready to make in-home presentations
to those people who have an interest in the areas in
which we build, and our on-site agents are always there
to pick up our customers at the appropriate airports
with a smile and a warm welcome.
Our commitment to excellence is steadfast. From arranging
the inspection trip, choosing a home and home site,
the entire building process, the mortgage approvals,
all the way to closing and title conveyance, the R.A.
Grant "team" is with you the entire way. And,
it doesn't end there. We will even arrange to rent the
house and manage it for those people whose plans call
for future relocation. Our financing and marketing programs
are designed to assist with the down payment requirements
