If you purchased a Timeshare and have completed all of your
payments, you are eligible for the Property Trade Program. Many

re-sale market to be very soft and they cannot find a buyer
who is willing to pay a fair price. If this is an accurate description

are no longer in business. The sad truth is that the property
they purchased is valued at a fraction of what they originally
paid. Even if they were willing to accept the low price, its
very hard to find a buyer; simply because there is still such
an abundance of low priced available land in Florida.
